DELIVERY
Standard items are shipped within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment. They are shipped via DHL Express with a tracking number and delivered without a signature. Packages can also be shipped via Swiss Express and delivered against signature. Please note that this delivery method incurs additional costs. Regardless of the delivery method chosen, we will send you a link to track the progress of your package online.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage.
Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.
The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.

MU grants an optional right of return valid for 8 (eight) days. The customer must check the goods upon receipt. As soon as they are discovered, defects must be reported to MU in writing (electronically or on paper) but no later than 8 (eight) days after receipt of the goods. After notification of defects and prior written acceptance by MU, the defective goods must be returned to the contact address according to point 9.6 with the acceptance form provided by MU.
The customer bears the costs of returning the goods. Goods returned without reason and without our prior written consent cannot be accepted. We only accept complete goods in their original packaging, in excellent condition and unused or partially used. Manufactured products cannot be refunded. If all conditions are met, the credit note corresponds to 95% (ninety-five percent) of the invoiced amount. After the 8th day, no credit is granted. The optional right of return does not apply to promotions or special sales or to products that are not suitable for return due to their nature.
