Ethnic and barter beads necklace with antique finish
Necklace of black oval pearls decorated with mustard and brick unicolor threads, matte finish and small satin spacer pearls. Inspired by the pearls which constituted the "currency of exchange" between Africa, Europe and the Americas since the colonial period, they were produced in Venice until the mid-20th century.
